Now-a-days people are moving from one place to another, not only as tourists but also employed, creating a diverse workforce. Hence, there is fundamentally consensus that individual working abroad or interacting within culturally diverse environments have to possess cross-cultural competencies in order to succeed in their tasks and deliver on their goals (Bucker & Poutsma, 2010; Johnson, Lenartowicz, & Apud, 2006). Moreover, understanding oneself and other emotions and reacting accordingly enhances performance (Balamohan & Gomathi, 2015).
